Privacy notice

This exercise is provided by Barry Florin, psychotherapist (barryflorin.com), who is responsible for the information you choose to share.

What is collected

Your answers to the exercise — how you rated each value, the five you chose, and the order you gave them — plus the date you completed it. Your name is only collected if you choose to share your results, so Barry knows they are yours.

How it is used

Your answers are used to prepare your personal report so you can see and keep your five core values. No scores, diagnoses or personality interpretations are produced.

Where it stays

While you work through the exercise, your answers are saved in this browser only, so you can pick up where you left off. Nothing is sent anywhere unless you press "Share with Barry" or "Email me". A PDF you download is saved on your own device and is under your control.

Sharing with your therapist

If you choose "Share with Barry", your name or initials and your answers are stored securely and can be seen only by Barry after he signs in. Barry is also emailed your name or initials and your five ranked values. Sharing is always optional.

Emailing your results to yourself

If you choose "Email me", your five ranked values are sent to the address you enter. Your other answers are not included. The address is used only to send that email and is not stored by this app.

Deleting your answers

"Start again" clears the answers saved in your browser. To have shared results deleted, ask Barry and he will remove them. You can delete any PDF you have downloaded at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete any information held about you by contacting your therapist directly.
